Who says that you can’t make REAL friends on social media? It’s been more than a year since I got that first Instagram comment from a lady that would later become my dearest Twista (Twitter + Sista). I SWEAR I believe it was love at first tweet. While we initially bonded over our fetish for ratchet reality TV, it quickly became clear to me that Tretta Bush was a lot deeper than she initially let on. I think perhaps it is her humility that endeared me most to her.
You will never hear her say that she has build a thriving financial services firm or that her financial acumen has landed her in Essence magazine. If you heard her speak in her authentic “sister-girl” tone, you would never guess that she is a sought after speaker and the founder of a financial movement designed to empower women. Nope, you will never hear ANY of this stuff from Tretta herself, so being the PROUD new friend that I am, I just decided to shout it from the blog tops!

For nearly a decade Tretta Bush has been a sought Managerial Accountant specializing in small business operations.
